He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Before co-founding A2Z, Fadi held key management positions in leading companies in Syria and Dubai, where he spearheaded client acquisition strategies, managed teams, and optimized internal processes. His natural leadership abilities and passion for design led him to establish A2Z Interior, where he oversees the operational aspects of the company while focusing on ensuring exceptional client experiences.
