Mr. Mazen brings a unique dual background in civil engineering and Sales Specialist, making him an ideal leader for A2Z Interior Design and Decoration LLC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a prestigious university. With over 20 years of experience, he has worked on a diverse range of projects in both construction and business sectors, giving him a well-rounded perspective on how to blend structural efficiency with business growth. Before co-founding A2Z, Mazen worked as a senior engineer for several renowned construction and architectural firms in Syria and UAE (Dubai and Sharjah), where he was responsible for overseeing large-scale residential and commercial building projects.

His engineering expertise is rooted in a deep understanding of structural integrity, spatial dynamics, and technical efficiency. Over the course of his career, Mazen has developed a passion for combining technical precision with creative design, leading him to venture into the world of interior design. His aim is to bridge the gap between the structural foundation of spaces and their aesthetic presentation, ensuring every design is not only visually striking but also structurally sound and highly functional.
